How we evaluate your watch
Preliminary analysis.
When evaluating a watch, we consider many factors.
Firstly, we assess the brand and model of the watch, taking into account its rarity and popularity in the market.
Additionally, we analyze the condition of the watch, ensuring that it is in working order and free from any damages or issues.
Lastly, we evaluate its history and provenance, trying to determine if the watch is authentic and if it has any repair or restoration interventions that may affect its value.
Grades of evaluation.
- N.O.S – “New old stock,” a discontinued watch that has never been worn and still has its original stickers from that time period.
- New – Unworn watch.
- Grade A – Watch in excellent condition, carefully worn, may have only minor signs of wear on the case, bracelet, and crystal.
- Grade B – Watch with noticeable signs of wear on the case and bracelet, and possible defects on the dial and hands.
Repair services
When a customer brings us a watch for repair, our technicians are committed to providing high-quality service, always using original spare parts.
We start by carefully examining the watch, assessing its aesthetic condition and identifying the problem to be resolved.
Next, we provide the customer with a quote and outline the necessary repairs to be carried out.
Finally, with the customer’s consent, we proceed with the repair with utmost care and attention, returning the watch to the customer in optimal working condition and providing a 12-month warranty for the performed intervention.
